A training course for youth workers to learn resilience and stress reduction through body, breath and story telling. The participants explored the healing power of water, reconnected with their emotional agility, and brought back useful tools to their local community.
This project has united youth workers from Cyprus, Italy, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Latvia, Germany and Greece.
