Petteri Ingalsuo
With a career spanning cutting-edge ophthalmology and dynamic entrepreneurship, Dr. Petteri brings both precision and vision to everything he does. A highly experienced eye surgeon and medical consultant, he’s built a strong reputation in cataract surgery, clinical research, medical education, and healthcare innovation.
Petteri has spent most of his life designing smart, effective systems—optimizing business models, scaling ideas, and helping organizations become more agile and impactful. Now, as a member of board of directors, he channels that same energy into a different kind of vision: one that sees innovation as a tool for inclusion, wellbeing, and community empowerment.
At SIRA, Petteri helps shape our strategic direction — bringing structure to big ideas, and making sure that our initiatives are not only meaningful but also sustainable. He believes in bridging the gap between business and society, and in creating solutions that serve people — not just markets.
From mental health to youth development, Petteri supports our mission to reimagine education, learning, and wellbeing — always with clarity, compassion, and a long-term view.
